Why is Margot Robbie a thing?

What makes me even more livid is how the media in general did the same thing. “Trump Caves” was all over most of the media, not just the right wing. How is that helpful? He finally does something that’s actually useful, and they give him nothing but shit for it. It’s like they learned NOTHING from 2016.

Yeah, it’s been a downward slide since 2011. It’s hard to believe that, for almost twenty years, her entire aesthetic wasn’t “trailer park hooker on bath salts” but was actually thematic and well-thought-out and...y’know, a “costume” that was presumably designed by a human artist, as opposed to an AI bot cobbled…

It’s like how rappers try to sell records by putting in lyrics about Kim Kardashian so Kanye will get mad and tweet about it.

It’s a teaser or a costume test or whatever. That’s fine. I am confused though why...none of the characters look like the characters. Like, mallet and past casting aside, does anything about Robbie here say “Harley Quinn?” And did they give Huntress the same costume from that bad early 2000s Birds of Prey show?

I’d be happy to never see another harley project. That character is like nails on a chalkboard to me. 

To think they couldn’t make her design worse and yet here we are.

I think her cahracter in “I, Tonya” was way scarier than Harley Quinn.

Yes, this seems like a pretty straightforward telling of the Bundy story and his relationship. It’s gross and uncomfortable because that’s who he was and that’s how the story played out.

This is exactly right. I worked with a woman who knew him, and she said he was very attractive and charming, and did not come of creepy (at least on the level she knew him) in the least. 

Being old enough to remember his arrest, subsequent trial, and dearth of documentaries for the next decade; this is exactly how the narrative was pushed.

But wasn’t the whole point that Bundy was more than “vaguely likable?” that is how he was able to victimize so many woman, by getting them to trust him. 

PREACH. It’s time to stop holding actors responsible for the actions of the people with the actual funding power, directors and producers. It was scummy when every woman who ever worked with Woody was called to comment, and it’s scummy now. 

Maybe Rami Malek doesn’t read Gawker or take that site as any sort of serious news reporting? They did go down after refusing to remove the Hogan sex tape after all. So spare me the whole “Gawker was lookign out for these kids!!” when your own fucking manager at the website said he’d post videos of underage children…

Because they have pretty much zero plan and they love doing change for change’s sake, rather than providing an actual improved app. It’s just a bunch of bros doing coke and randomly coding garbage.

My thoughts on selfie culture:

If that woman in the picture wants to enhance her looks, she should start by taking off the goddamn fanny pack.
