Thirded!

It's remarkable how many office holders have endorsed "the party's nominee," careful not to let there be any "I endorse Trump" soundbite that might be played against them in November.

I think "Generic Republican" would have done pretty well. The problem was that all the would-be living embodiments of that title fell short with big chunks of the party.

As Steven King put it, after 8 years of sowing dragon's teeth they have astonishingly grown a dragon.

Breaking Cat News. I imagine far funnier if you have cats.

I think the implication is that Duko was leaning on Alison on his own… sort of a "show us you can bring in Sarah" idea, where he wanted to show his value (to managers who liquidate their unwanted assets very literally). He's usually been seen on his own, relying on the badge or on holding a gun on an unarmed captive;

We can't all be Krystal.

There's a whole pile of stuff regarding how different genes get turned on in different circumstances. It's what they were supposedly trying to do with the bot in Sara—turn genes on and off, see if they could discover why she and Helena are immune.

I just realized: last week, no one was willing to put money on Duko in a Duko v Alison showdown.

She's currently not killed off.

I think it's reflexive hiding. When she goes up against Neolution, hiding her identity makes sense. Using it to talk to her clones is illogical, since their trusting her is based on her being a sestra.

There is a weird worm thing; I don't remember one from last season.

I think the pastor, like Adele, is supposed to seem suspicious just because the clones have learned to be suspicious of any "new friend." It's better if they are just random outside people, but we need to share the sestras' reflexive uncertainty about everyone who isn't a clone.

My impression was that it was a classic corrupt cop tale—he does a little favor, that gives them leverage to demand a slightly larger favor or they'll reveal the previous one, and after a few rounds he'd do anything. Escalation by inches.

In fairness, I don't think he's displayed any particularly stellar plans to date. Smarm threats at people, shoot the occasional old lady.

I am always in favor of going back to the well with Alison in a musical.

"… Sarah is one of identical septuplets."

And she wants to be Alison. She wears pink sweaters while doing crafts and role-playing the school advisory board campaign.

Nice callback to the couple who betrayed her back in S2. Don't mess with S, evildoers.

I love that getting her inner Shakespeare on is the key to her recovery. And that Ira noticed this.
