The only person? I had Celtics fans on my FB newsfeed posting the exact same thing, and thrilled with the trade for the mere potential that they could get something awesome when the alternative to a trade could be nothing.

It’s high time to ween ourselves off China so they can’t get away with this shit. If they had to abide by the rules of the worldwide economy, they would. But since every last thing on earth is produced in China, they don’t. We can change that.

I do believe that the entire point of this post was to suggest that at least in this one case, based on all the evidence that’s available, there may not actually be a pay gap — at least when factoring in the different film # they are in the franchise, and the screen time each of them had in their first films.

Maybe one of the real problems here is that regular people are economically struggling and aren’t buying as much stuff.

you may not have. lots of other people have. it can vary a great deal. some movie theaters really do check for IDs.

Maybe the real reason for the campaign to get it PG-13 isn’t to get the movie a PG-13 rating, but to create buzz for the movie...
