So, they’re Uber, basically?
So, they’re Uber, basically?
They had nothing to do with Angel? Maybe you’re thinking of Jeffrey Bell (co-showrunner of this show and showrunner on the last two seasons of Angel).
Actually, I think “Finding Frances” almost blurs the line between film and TV more than Twin Peaks: The Return does in a way. Like, there’s been Movie spin offs of TV series before, even while the show was running, like The X-Files. So, if rather than being aired on TV, Nathan Fielder called “Finding Frances” a movie…
Yeah, here’s an old Wikipedia version (I can’t figure out how to edit a post within Kimjamprove)
Wikipedia has been listed this as renewed for awhile, I think (I think it was sourced from spoilertv, which probably isn’t the most reliable source). I think I remember reading other places saying it was renewed. My guess is that there was basically an assumption between Netflix and the producers that of course this…
Looks like about $8 million/episode which is on the higher end.
“Christmas (Baby Please Come Home” is the only Christmas standard that’s actually good (and only in its original version).
As others have said, there’s another angle that shows that a bit more clearly. And in any case, I was explaining the rule/ruling, not arguing it’s correct.
Ball was coming loose before it hit the pylon/crossed the plane of the end zone (or at least that’s how it was ruled).
The named character thing is an additional requirement that is sometimes added. But I was curious enough to google a transcript, and she was named. (“Of course, Annaliese, that’s lovely, but you’re missing the point.”)
The Grim Sleeper had (or at least appeared to have) a long cooling off period as well, which is what the name came from.
Having now seen the episode, I actually liked the stiltedness of the dialogue and found it kinda distinctive.
Erik Adams pre-air review was more positive as have most of the reviews.
Let’s put it this way. I think the Zeke to Prescott lateral is *probably* about a half yard forward, but it’s hard to tell for sure considering he’s moving forward while he’s throwing it. As a Packers fan if the offensive lineman picks that up and scores I’m very nervous about the refs finding incontrovertible…
I thought it was odd as well and should have been explained. I think the rule should be that the ball is spotted where he pulled it back, but considering the actual refs and the broadcasters thought it was a first down, I’m guessing he gets the forward progress?
I’m pretty sure McCarthy has done this before. It’s pretty marginal, but it seems like the right call in case the other team misses the extra point. (Especially considering it could be argued that going for two is the better option in general now with the further extra point.)
If that’s forward, that looks very slightly forward to me.
Here’s the full replay. We’re talking about the Whitten lateral, correct? Looks to me like the ball is thrown from and lands at the 46.
Looked backwards/lateral to me (I posted a video above). And if that was the case there should have been a flag thrown.
That’s what I would have thought but maybe not? (Thread)
