I watched Following for the first time a few weeks back and quite liked it (I'd probably put it near the middle of his filmography). I'm kind of a sucker for plucky, low budget movies though.

That same episode has someone watching an episode of the The X-Files though. :/
Not all showrunners run the writers room though. For example, I think I remember hearing that that Matthew Weiner didn't run the Mad Men room, rather it was the Jacquemettons.
And Joss was barely involved in Dollhouse S2.
A dual format US box set containing both versions is being released on January 12 by Carlotta.
Right now it's the 118th best selling book on Amazon.
And the NYPD still hates Frank Serpico.
That's my issue as well. And if they really wanted her rescued when they did, they could have had her to shell shocked the first episode back to say anything coherent, or they could have had her take a couple episodes to realize that she has to go back.
To be fair to him, I think part of it is an issue with the lighting.
The show does look really bland though. And it's not just compared to like Breaking Bad or Hannibal, Flash and Arrow have much better cinematography and action scenes on a CW budget (I don't know how they relate to SHIELD's specifically). It's not like complaining that a show uses a handheld, shaky aesthetic, or that…
Should I be kinda embarrassed that I'd thought of this basic scam before? But I'd always assumed that there was fine print that would stop a random person for taking out an ad selling a $1 TV and then turn around and try to buy a bunch at a Best Buy. Which upthread it was determined that there is. http://www.bestbuy.co…
Also from the FAQ:
Daredevil is shot and mastered in 4K, while Agents of SHIELD is mastered in 2K and probably shot in 2.8K. Then I think ABC only broadcasts in 720P (for reference, 2K = 1080p). This probably wouldn't make a difference unless you're actually watching in 4K though. Mad Max: Fury Road, used the same camera as Agents of…
Actually I agree with you, kinda. It's not a (full) season review. It should just be a bit more clear about that.
Sigh, Because this comes up every time on these things. It's not a review of the entire season. The text at the bottom that says ""Three episodes watched for review" and the last line says "Maybe this run will be powerful enough to go back in time and erase season four entirely; these three episodes have already gone…
Nate Parker is actually making one, called The Birth of a Nation.
Hey, it's quite likely that in about a year our two senators will be Tammy Baldwin and Russ Feingold. And then Walker comes up for reelection in 2018…
I find FOX News's obsession with ratings kind of hilarious. Also their digs against less popular media:
Nope, the Netflix version is definitely 1.33:1 . It's been bugging me for years.
Grrr. Thanks for reminding me that Netflix Instant has a fullscreen version of this :/
