So much easier to hate on the biggest guy. Remember that time where everyone was griping about security holes in Windows but OS X actually had more known and open security vulnerabilities? This was back when Mac had less than 5% market share.

Doesn't that depend on the plane? What would happen if someone tried to open the main door on an EMB-120, CRJ-900, or similar while in flight? These are planes that the main door opens outward with the staircase on the inside of the door. I am not sure if they move into the main plane before swinging down and out. I

Please be the start of a trend! We need FFX and Kingdom Hearts on PC too.

It was so hard not to screen watch that the house rules at my place allow it as long as both players can see each others' screens.

One of the local MB and BMW dealers has a deal with a local mall for free valet parking. That's reason enough if you're willing to hand over your keys.

It's not just BO that's a problem. Some of the cans just reek of incense or whatever the driver likes. I had one particularly awful taxi ride where I stepped out of the can smelling like the inside of the cab which was awful. I shouldn't need a shower just because I rode in a cab...

Shock!!! Far future hardware will be even better and have more features than near future hardware!!!

Is there something about transferring when sold used by a BMW dealership or at least when it's a CPO? My CPO 3-series came with the remaining 2 years of warranty and maintenance. They replaced the brake pads for me which was nice. :-D

It was linked to from a lossless streaming service article.

This and the new RX-7 to be released in 2017.

I'm glad you're not condemning anything since Gizmodo covered a story back in 2009 about how people may believe that artifacts in music whether from lossy compression or the limitations of vinyl make music sound better. Here's the link:

If you read the double blind tests, they ask people which one sounds better. Well, even that is in the 'ear' of the beholder. Back in 2009 Gizmodo covered how a professor found that students preferred the sound of lossy music. Here's a link to the details: The Sizzling Sound of Music

However, before that part, he said:

Thank you for the vinyl warmth note. It's like tube amps. Great for getting a tone you really like from your guitar, not great for accurate reproduction. Some tube amps do look really cool though...

They absolutely have done this. One test actually found that people where more likely to correctly distinguish between lossy and lossless with cheaper earphones than more expensive ones, but it was still so close as to be statistically meaningless. The conclusion was people can't tell the difference of lossy of good

Completely agree. I know I can't tell the difference between 192k mp3s, 128k aac, FLAC, or ALAC. Better speakers and earphones are great, but I don't like to discuss gear with audiophiles. They buy stuff just because it's expensive or some popular brand then go on about how great it is because it's got a tube or

What is said about the perfect frame rate? Humans supposedly only see 24fps, but we're much happier with higher frame rates. I certainly find that 24-bit recordings can sound sound better and have more dynamic range than 16-bit.

It's all a scam to make you buy 2!

When traveling on business, I dress the part and talk the talk. You can make a lot of connections on planes. However, when on vacation, I dress comfortably. Much better for dealing with kids.

Rich people want everything out of site. Racks don't matter when they're hidden.
