Over a year is a long time to fight... I’m so sorry. I think such a rapid decline contributed strongly to my sense of “What the fuck just happened?!”  It was the worst kind of whirlwind.

My at-home go-to is a breakfast sandwich- it’s tasty and carb-y and allows me to use up stuff in the fridge. Eggs, cheese, meat, bread (the last 3 ingredients can be whatever’s around), and usually hot sauce. If I’m going big, potatoes on the side. Pure comfort food.
