Well wouldja lookit that. Turns out graphics aren’t as important as gameplay. Strange times.

My stupid luck this month continues as I pull a Gjallarhorn, Bones of Eao, and three treasure keys within the span of two play sessions.
I was bracing for the inevitable backlash against double dipping those chests.
Yes! All of their HoW-related decisions make me super optimistic about the future of Destiny, too.
I’m one of those players who took multiple runs at the ether chests whenever possible for the last three weeks, and if these patches mean I’m guaranteed three keys a week (one bounty completion on each of three characters), plus a greater chance at more keys from the various sources, I’m more than happy to never have…
So that’s what, an extra five games I’ll be able to fit on the thing? Let me grab my paltry PS4 library real quick...
Alright, so I’ve got:
Destiny
Last of Us
Advanced Warfare
AC: Unity
LBP3
Dragon Age Inquisition
Borderlands...
And then when I tried to install GTA V on my system (as I am required to do) I was told I was…
Quodron was a bitch until someone experienced taught us how to do it and he killed him in one run. You just need a dedicated EYE hunter, and kill him right before the 30 second timer starts when he summons his eye or whatever. Then, 2-4 shotgun bursts will break down each shield, and everyone should have enough health…
level 34 vs level 33.5 or even 33 makes a HUGE difference when trying to take the shields down. The new fusion takes the bubble down with one shot, or you could use the swordbreaker or icebreaker if you have no ammo.
Ha! Good one.
These are the same people who are butthurt because they have to do Crucible to get Invective, Thorn, and Bad Juju, and grind strike playlists all day every day
They should ban teams that all use Thorn.
I’m guessing you played AC Unity on a console? Because it was nigh-unplayable on PC at release.
Yup! I’m on Reddit quite a bit now, but only at a relative handful of places. /r/destinythegame is a pretty friendly (and extremely active) community, if you’re ever looking for a place to hang out and talk Destiny :D There’s also /r/destinysherpa, like I mentioned, plus /r/destinycrucible, /r/fireteams, and even…
This was my friend, myself, and a random from LFG a couple days ago. We wanted to do PoE on 34, so we picked up a guy and we suffered through 5 rounds of enemies that were a higher level than we were. During round 2 (Cabal) we started to develop a tangible strategy for disarming the mines, coordinating attacks, etc.…
I don’t know if you’ve ever been to /r/destinythegame, but it’s a pretty great community that encourages stuff like this all the time. There’s also /r/destinysherpa, which focuses on sherpa’ing new players through the raids.
It baffles me that he took a camshot when the PS4 has a screenshot button right there on the controller.
I’ve done some Sherpa-ing in Destiny. Took a few people through Vault of Glass for their first time and their reaction to everything was so worth it.
Great story! I still don’t understand why so many people refuse to use DestinyLFG. I’ve used it dozens of times (mainly for raids), and only one time have I been annoyed with someone who joined us. To be clear, he played well, and we cleared the raid, but he was just annoying. :P I constantly see posts from people who…
