Sony and Microsoft need to follow what Valve did - enable refund without questions. I thought leveling up from alt account is part of the fun itself man. I do that for battlefield 3, private rank player at the top of the scoreboard in a game full of colonel 100 rank is EXTREMELY SATISFYING.
