I thought I had some pictures from when we were there, my company was re-routing some process piping to their bioreactor farm. If I go back I’ll try to remember to take some.

I like that they have coconut flavored syrup but it’s generally too sweet for me. 

I’m very curious about lab grown meat, I’ve been in a couple of the facilities and the process is fascinating. We’re getting quite a few startups in the Bay Area, a lot of the equipment used in biotech manufacturing can be used to grow the meat.

I’m waiting for version 8.4 of their core meat platform.

I rarely eat vanilla on it’s own, but every time I do I wonder why don’t have it more often. My go to is rocky road.

I’ve always enjoyed Baskin Robbins’ version of it.
