Love, love, love this movie on so many levels. A friend of mine and I like to have a laugh about how this was sort of released as Nolan's little film between Batfilms….and is arguably a bigger masterpiece than any of those were.

Touche, he's really been missed. I thought Carter would've learned from the 2nd film that relegating Skinner to just sort of being talked about more than seen was a bad idea.

The script did them no favors when it came to avoiding awkwardness….though your twisted mirror comment has me thinking they should've gone about the doppelgangers differently. Red-headed guy, brunette girl. My first thought was Jesse Plemons and Alison Brie.
