I have a big soft spot for the weirdness of Cronos - some really neat ideas about the concept of vampirism (vampirism as alchemy, eternal life with old age, even body/machine boundary-blurring), and the image of the protagonist hesitantly, experimentally licking blood off a bathroom floor is inexplicably lovely.
