noob since 1976. i guess. they aint kilt me yet..

UNREP is weird. There is this odd inverse-probabilistic relationship between UNREP and things like good weather, daylight, and sleep. Phone-and-distance line: bonus points if you know what that is. Damn I’m glad that’s over.

Yeah. I know. You are right. Ever feel ambiguous? I am totally on the fence about this new ZX10. The ‘tronics are a good thing, in a way, but the package feels...monstrous and like....I dunno, like a totally hot girlfriend who happens to be 8-feet-tall. You can enjoy the view, but the thought of climbing aboard is

no car is “worth” 2 and a half million. it is a machine. i feel nothing for it. insurance companies - LOL. pay: suckahs.

On the way home just now, riding my 2010 Ninja 250r, a dude rolled out of a gas station on a Ruckus. He was pretty much dressed like me, of similar build, and definitely doing what I was doing (riding home from work on a wet road in traffic). I thought - hey, two dudes on small bikes. no content here. move along.

Please. Seriously. Anyone who liked the movie - get the audiobook. It is far, far superior. It is over 8 hours long and has all the goodness the movie left out. I’ve ridden a shitload of different bikes over the decades. The one that was fastest through the twisties by FAR was a 2005 Ninja 636. I could hustle it through my favorite local “track” (you could maybe Google “Isle of Dewatto TT”) quicker than the RC51, ZRX1200R, CBR1100XX, 690 Duke, or my second-favorite the Ninja

fun. the only thing about cars in my brain this year is this: think of a really good place, a place you feel happy and alive in, a beautiful, wondrous place you’d want to stay in forever. Does it have a parking lot? Bottom line - cars fuck up everything they get near. Everything.
