I like to think it's mostly stupidity/ignorance/gullibility rather than outright bigotry. At least that's what I tell myself when I go visit my family.

Personally I thought they both sucked. But at least BvS was a mess which had a lot going on to distract you, whereas WW was a more straightforward plot and better constructed which I felt only shed light on how dull and uninspired these films actually are. However I know I'm in the minority there.
That makes sense, she's one of the more visible directors these days. Still, I do kind of wonder how much it matters for the general public because I know a lot of people who could probably only name like 2 or 3 directors if asked.
I don't understand why directors matter for superhero movies. They're all the same bullshit, why do the studios hire good, name-brand directors instead of just competent ones? Do audiences really pay that much attention to who directed the latest explosion/quip fest?
The tone is just perfect. The show knows it's ridiculous but isn't annoying about it and takes things seriously.
I absolutely love this show. I'm excited about Anna Chlumsky. And I hope Bos shows up this season.
I think it mostly means you're a young child.
Most people come to the realization that simply being offensive for the sake of being offensive isn't funny or cool before they're 27.
I miss the more wholesome days when the darknet was just for buying drugs and hiring hitmen.
It does sound too good to be true.
I didn't realize that. It seemed like he had a fair amount of political shit in the beginning, mixed with all the stupid celebrity shit that he still has. I haven't noticed much difference in that ratio, though the quality of the political stuff has gone up . Maybe I get a skewed view of these shows through YouTube.
I'm really confused by this comment. I've watched YouTube clips of Colbert's show from the start and it's always been much more political than Fallon's show.
Hopefully prison fry cooks.
That didn't bother me so much. Fallon's show is just goofy fun, Colbert's show is the political one. To me it seems like a tepid interview with Trump from someone with a usually biting take on current events is much worse than a toothless interview with Trump from someone who just likes playing Pictionary with…
What is the musical?
Too late now, he already did a pathetic Trump interview before the election.
This is why you use stuntpeople…
I've only seen the Alan Partridge movie but I loved it.
This honestly seems like the type of movie I would enjoy at least a little. I really liked 500 Days of Summer.
Don't mock what I love!
