The issue isn’t the rank and file Phoenix PD or MCSO officers, really. It their management (and the Phoenix PD union for that matter - and I am pro-union). Phoenix PD has it’s own issues. I would hope they would work with each other well, regardless of Arpaio asshattery.

I live here. I understand and live with this. The Phoenix Police and The Maricopa County Sheriff’s office are not one in the same. Different jurisdictions.
