One of my husband's co-workers has a wife who's a real estate agent. Every year we get several pads of paper with her name and office number at the top.

Thanks!

We had a credit union account for many years, on the USC campus. Unfortunately, at that time their only ATMs were also on the USC campus. Getting bitten on the butt by ATM fees from two banks every time we used an ATM got to be a real pain, plus the credit union had a really lah-di-dah attitude when my husband's debit

I'm switching my business account to another bank. I don't think it qualifies as a "small bank" but it's definitely smaller than the behemoth bank I've got now. I'd like to switch our household banking to a credit union (we already have a savings account there) but that's not going to be so easy to accomplish, what

Even after all these years of reading I've never read Moby-Dick. I'm going to look for the annotated version you recommended.

I don't know how you passed the bar if you can't read. See the "mom" in my name? How many "moms" do you know who are guys? And how do you write briefs if you don't know how to capitalize and punctuate?

Repeal daylight time.

You clearly have no idea what Legal Services lawyers do or what they're paid. My brother's got a nice house, nice cars, lives in a good neighborhood and has put two daughters through college already, with two in college now, all on that paycheck you claim is not a decent living wage.

Not everything is available for Prime streaming. Just because you can stream it doesn't mean it's on the Prime playlist. I know, I was very annoyed when the episode of the Outer Limits I've been wanting to watch for years was available only if I paid for it.

Post office boxes are for everything. I've had a PO box since 1985. Besides being a safe address to give out, the post office will store your packages safely till you have time to pick them up.

I got a post office box years ago and I have most packages delivered there. No drivers lying about having "tried to deliver" while I was home all day waiting. No drivers launching my packages from the front yard onto my concrete porch. No companies insisting that the only way I can get my package is to drive through

Not necessarily true. One of my brothers graduated from a state-university law school and has had a long and satisfying career working for Legal Services. Perhaps you should look into your state's Legal Services offices. They need lawyers to represent people who can't afford the "prestigious school" lawyers.

I'll be 61 in a couple weeks and I agree. I never had a "career" per se, just a series of jobs. Most of them were interesting, some of them were a lot of fun, but not one was what satisfied me for the long haul.

If you own an actual Kindle. The reader apps don't count.

The streaming video works with Student Prime. I've been streaming Amazon videos for quite some time.

If you lived in Southern California, a $150K house would be in someone's back yard and come with a stake, a chain, and a dog dish. You might be able to find a condo for that price, but you'd still need the dog, preferably a mean-tempered one, to protect you from the neighbors.

I think maybe the phone sex workers have that option. :)

I'm transferring my business account to another bank as fast as the new bank can process the paperwork.

I wonder if those figures are valid for Los Angeles.

Glad I could help!
