No, I think an absurdly expensive (yet half the NSX price) high end Camaro (2017 zl1 or probably either 2015 pumped-Camaros: zl1 z/28) could get around a track faster than the NSX.

The 2017 zl1 should be in third party hands for track testing about the same time as the NSX.

The McLaren 570s is in the same price range as the NSX, looks more supercar-ish, weighs >500lbs less, and will probably murder the NSX on the track.

I have a feeling that the NSX will be destroyed in all performance categories against a Camaro at half the price.
