They were featured on that growing community sidebar on the homepage for a bit so I’m sure that didn’t help

r/TLoU or something to that effect

Hey, Rise of the Tomb Raider!

I mean for real though I’d play a tight Kingdom Hearts kart racer

When you drift away you won’t hear me say don’t use that blue shell oh no

If they do another Bloodborne (which I hope they do because I love the trick weapons and the gameplay, Surge 2 gets kind of close but doesn’t quite scratch that itch) it really does need to take place in a completely different setting. The first one explores Yharnam and the Old Ones in just the perfect amount, anymore

My god, will a whole new generation get to learn the joy of the Scraping Spear wrecking all of your shit

Necrophilia at the speed of sound

Definitely, I grabbed it when it was like 5 bucks on the PS4 store and it was well worth it. The flying feels real good, the combat was pretty tight, and honestly I enjoyed the story bits while they lasted. It was getting a little stale towards the end of the campaign, but I still dip in a play for a bit just for fun.

To me it’s kind of like the Alien/Aliens thing.

Dino Crisis is a solid horror game with an interesting idea in letting you combine items to either give yourself more health... or to make poison darts that’ll kill almost any dino in one hit. There’s less dinos, but each one is real damn dangerous.

Dino Crisis 2 is a

Right? Like I’d love to get my hands on a PS5 but I’d also be real interested to see how crazy people could get with it

Swweeeeeeeeeet. I watched some Let’s Plays of this and remember reading about it back in the day

You’re right, it is a warning sign. It’s never “Let’s not be robots, remember to stay hydrated” it’s always some kind of crazy.

It is way less tedious, but it’s not the full Souls experience until you’ve stood at the bottom of a bridge plinking arrows into a dragon’s tail ;)

Dark Souls 1 is a bit on the clunky side, but it’s a good yardstick to see if you like the DS gameplay loop.

Couple of tips since the game is just going to throw you in there (which you can feel free to disregard, you can pretty much beat this game with anything once you learn it)

Start as either a pyromancer

OH SNAP I DON’T GOT DYING LIGHT! Sweet news.

A more creamy rather than chewy cheese does seem like it would be the ideal pairing for this kind of thing

Right, if you have some decent savings you could have nice jacket with a bright yellow pocket for only 700 bucks

I mean material wise you could get that from thru hiker or high end fishing gear, you’re basically paying for style (which is subjective) and that it’s low volume work so each individual piece costs more to produce

I like the cheaper respec option personally, I got stuck on the last mission of Control where you have to fight like a shit ton of hiss waves and my rather fragile nuke build could use some points in shield

Gungeon definitely has a difficulty curve that’s real dependent on the gear you have unlocked.

The more gear you get, the more synergies start popping up and the easier it gets.... kinda. Boss’s have a hard DPS gate based on what floor you’re on so a gun or combo that let’s you clear a floor with no issues is still
