um, any vehicle will float for a while. Just like any vehicle is also a very short haul airplane or single use off-roader.

Can’t vote by mail if there is no mail!
Technically it doesn’t operate it, it just ties its hands in order to make sure it can’t profit.
I’m not a Porsche enthusiast so if you are please correct me if I’m wrong about any of this. It’s based on just a few minutes of research. I’m really marginal on this one. It’s not a bad price for the market, maybe a little high, has pretty low mileage and has the Porsche badge on it. All good things.
Wait you have a clean ’66 Mustang to fix and you’re fucking around with all these bummy-ass Jeeps?
Me seeing a dirty car for sale on Craiglist that needs a good detailing: What slobs. I could never buy that car if they can’t make an effort to at least clean it for sale.
Just go buy a new Camry already and be happy with another trouble-free 15 years.
Part of the backlash comes from the fact that Harley had someone, and a sub brand, in Erik Buell who could at least help them make a modern, high performance lineup that appeals to “the youths” while using off the shelf parts to save costs and development time. They had that, and then pissed all over everything Buell…
Which motorcycle that HD makes do you like exactly?
Looking at them in somewhat objective terms, nothing is competitive on price/performance basis. It like looking at 1980's GM, just layers of trash for too much money.
Has anybody called AMF to come clean up the leftovers?
I won’t morn Harley Davidson, but I will continue to morn what Harley Davidson COULD have become if it was run by anybody other than knuckle-dragging boobs. They could have been America’s BMW, with a crazy mix of street bikes, touring bikes, “offroad” bikes, and classic models with antiquated but well-engineered…
Dear Harley: Just die already.
I only wish when a company went out of business some entity reclaimed all remaining used stock and burned it.
Of course this is on a case by case basis. To be honest, HD is the only example that comes to mind.
Bye Davidson. We Harley knew ya.
This could very well be the final nail in the coffin for HD, and I am not sure many will mourn.
The latest round is definitely diminishing returns. Essential businesses cannot conduct non-essential sales, even though the customers are already there. There is zero benefit from not letting a store sell me paint or gardening supplies if I’m already in the store buying groceries.
I’m not a conservative. I can, and do, think for myself. I also don’t need any seeds so I have no dog in this fight. Since you seem to need it spelled out for you, there are entire websites dedicated to this type of political BS. This shouldn’t be one of them.
Erin, the big stink over “garden supplies” is actually about seeds, which Michigan has now restricted. There’s a depression coming later this year, and people want to be able to grow their own food.
A resulting Great Depression from stay at home orders could easily kill as many or more compared to Covid 19. Many State Governors are picking winners and losers when shutting down their respective States. There has to be a point of diminishing returns on Stay At Home orders.
