Fer Sure! Cheap yellow conversation-starter and you’re not going to find very many others. Anything effed-up is an easy and cheap fix! Excellent, Wayne!

I’m trying to buy it.
I propose that @RobEmslie get today’s COTD for “Corollavirus”.
A 300K mile half assed swapped FWD Corolla with ghetto tint, no mention of any type of service, never mind service records, for $6K? Did they legalize CP in Colorado too?
Agreed. I don’t really know bikes, but other than being able to say its vintage, why not just buy a new $220 bike from Target?
I cannot believe a 30 years old touring bike still got sold for $220 USD in 2020.
What nobody seems to be looking at is how often the tires were replaced, and at $700-1100/set of 4 (sometimes they only replaced 2 at a time).
Sure, but there still IS maintenance, and that’s fine.
Well hes renting them for a service so it needs to keep up appearances. Normal buyers are probably a little more lax in upkeep.
I think one of the big things is that you have a lot of staunch EV advocates showing up going “there’s no maintenance!”
I’ve never needed a tow because I ran out of gas.
Seems like half the car was replaced. My dad’s truck has 250,000 miles and he’s only replaced tires and brakes. I’ll stick to cars that don’t fall apart.
“The first like 200,000 were super low cost,” he said, but things went up dramatically from there, especially after 200,000 miles.
I didn’t see Unimog in there, so I’m not buying it.
So much this. Really speaks to the character of the seller. As always - buy the seller.
CP just for putting this at the end of the ad:

“Neutral: What If... No Subsidies?
All the CFLs I’ve installed lasted no longer than ordinary incandescents, and they contain mercury; do you really think everybody disposes of florescents properly?
Any such tax would also be SUPER regressive on consumers. Everyone here already talks about how expensive cars are and unattainable for a lot of low income people.
