Yeah, I went back to play KZ3 a week ago and it just didn't feel "right". I went through about an hour of the single player from the beginning before giving up on it again. Went back and played some BF3.

It's kind of in between linear and open world. There's a point you need to reach, but how you get there is up to you (most of the time, some events happen and you have to run and gun). Battlefield 3 is on sale for $16 and it comes with all of the current map packs (or at least 4 or so... not sure if that's all of them). I've been digging it.
