@akacrash: You're missing the point. If you're stabbing someone with a large knife or a small pocket knife, the intent is there. The size of the weapon is irrelevant. Just like the length of the clip that she recorded is irrelevant. You still committed the crime.

@Mecharine: Well she was obviously recording the movie on purpose, so the intent to record was there.

The length of the recording is irrelevant. Attempted murder is attempted murder regardless if it is done with a cleaver or a pocket knife. You taped part of a movie in a movie theater. This is illegal. Now suffer the consequences.
