You find multiplatform games disappointing?

Yes, that's true. They can probably get the power of the Xbox 360 and PS3 down to tablet sized machines, but the cost would be a lot higher. Would you be willing to pay $500+ for a gaming system that is portable and capable of hooking up to a TV for HD output?

Exactly. Nintendo lacks common sense as well.

I know. Nintendo lacks common sense.

I was looking at this official picture and didn't see a second camera: [e3.nintendo.com] Picture 9. If you know of a better picture where the back camera is visible, I'd like to see it.

I was looking at an official picture of the back of the unit and I didn't see one. Here's where I looked: [e3.nintendo.com] Picture 9.

Like developers will go sub-HD any more, haha. They were forced to with the Wii. Gamers don't want sub-HD any more either. Sure, simpler art styles are well and good. People can still enjoy the games with pixel or sprite based graphics, but they want that image crisp and clear (HD).

Original Game Boy graphics for a new iOS game? What's old is new again.

Seriously? Third parties had to tell you to put on the second analog stick? That wasn't common sense by this point?

I honestly believed that Nintendo was going to make the controller with more of the console hardware in it. I thought the base unit would house the receiver for signal transmission into the TV and a disc drive for Wii game playback. I thought the new Nintendo system was going to switch back to cartridges (like 16GB

I'm with you, but until Nintendo actually says they are working on it or have fixed it, all anyone can do is complain.

NO!!!! No more on-rails for Motion Controlled games! Time to grow up and figure out how to let the play walk on their own. I applaud Sega for their bravery and I may buy the Kinect for this game if they can get the movement controls at least admirable.

I believe this is the game I saw at E3 with a woman trying it out and she was smiling during the demo. I wondered if that was the appropriate response to the game (her smile) and if that was what the developers wanted to see.

I wouldn't be surprised if she did. I believe Gaga is that girl that loved halloween so much that she wanted to dress up in costumes everyday. Now she can do that and make tons of money while doing. No surprise she's taking inspiration from cartoons. I saw a Reddit image the other day that comapred her black

That was extremely weird to see. Using an anime style character in an US ad campaign. I'm kind of freaked out and I'm an anime fan.

But what if you can hook that portable system up to a TV and get the HD quality you love? My point is that people prefer their hardware in more portable forms. You might not necessary always play on the go, but the hardware size being smaller is always more convenient. Especially in this day and age of few online

If SQEN could get DQ10 out as a Wii U launch title, it would probably single-handed sell out the console day one in Japan. That's the impression I get.

PSP really did suffer despite its power. I would really like to blame it all on the lack of a second analog stick, because without it, the PSP couldn't truly replicate modern console gaming experiences and that's what people wanted in the west.

Here's topic I love.

Bummer. Nintendo fumbles again.
