This is done all of the time now at higher frame rates than 48fps

Not exactly sure what you're saying. Are you saying that the 120hz refresh rates + of the 3D TV's would go better with the higher frame rates?

No Airplay support yet. But it's on the way.

Airplay enabled? Vimeo over Safari only streams sounds. Guess I'll have to download it, find out, and report back.

Selling a million Pinto's a day does not make me the world's best car dealer.

So instead of doing the "Open Source" song and dance they should have closed Android the second they bought it and distributed it to manufacturers for free.

That's funny just a week ago Android users had another name for "caring about user experience"...they called it "closed".

Nothing. Because unlike real Open Source projects I can not commit changes to the source code.

Apple doesn't pretend to be open. You know what you're getting. The funny thing is that people actually bought into the whole bullshit. The "Open" schtick was their way of luring in manufacturers. Android was always their trojan horse into phones. To get at your data and to serve you ads.

Haha new versions of OS X and iLife all the time? What new iLife features were you promissed that never delivered?

    1. Your distinction (and how it relates to this discussion about trademark only god knows) between service, company and product makes absolutely no sense.

The generic term"facebook" was around long before Facebook.com. It also is made up of two descriptive words. "face" and "book" which combine to literally mean a book with faces in it. It describes a directory/resource where one can find pictures, names, and contact information for other students in order to network

Show me the words "App Store" being used together before Apple created the App Store.

The law technically doesn't support the trademark "Facebook" either. Two generic words "face" and "book" smashed together to create a descriptive generic term "facebook" (literally means a book with faces in it) that was around LONG before the social network. The original facebooks consisted of names, pictures, and

Let's take a look at another trademark...a widely accepted one. Facebook.

Is this a faster worldwide push than the original iPad? Was the original iPad held back due to supply constraints or is Apple feeling the pressure from Android/WebOS/QNX

Are you saying that they don't have a case?

Everyone's knocking Apple but I clearly remember the terms "program" and the full word "application" being a lot more popular than say ohhhhh "app" just 4 years ago.

I didn't read that anywhere in the article.
