No, but since we have salt on the roads in winter as well, we learned since longtime how to protect the bottoms of our cars, with a cheap spray of protective, anti-rust material.

Are you using a proxy with an European IP address, by chance?
And how the heck would you “protect” it? Maybe with a rubber “bra” like those ugly things that only the Americans hang onto the front of their cars? Sincerely my dear, I’d prefer a dent to something like that! We Europeans would rather hide ourselves than be seen on a car with such a bullshit
Thank you very much, Michael! I just imagined that was the reason, but I still had hopes that you could settle it somehow.
You mean like THIS? My econobox just has a similar one, even if not as cute.
Indeed. I was used so far to regularly check the braking pads and the brake fluid conditions in all my cars, and they always braked as needed, when needed. This software mending related to the brakes, in my book makes this car an unreliable pile of crap, that I wouldn’t touch with a 20 ft. wooden pole.

We knew that, thank you. Because Momma gave us two good eyes.
Pure, unadulterated sex on wheels: only the Italians can make it!
Someone on a car didn’t want to be caught with it. Give the gun to the FBI: if there are fingerprints they will run them in the AFIS, otherwise the ballistic section can be able to know if it was used for a crime. I see a lot of CSI.
My feeling is that he was told that story by someone else, and he tried to simulate it as best he could.
Mathematics are indeed a wonderful invention!
That was exactly my idea, also because a piece of paper like in the picture leaves too much air, and does nothing.
My HO is that a piece of paper exactly like in the picture does nothing, or almost nothing... while the palm of the hand could have worked much better, like a close/open/close plug.
That’s impressive!
This is the official simulator game of the Milano Subway System (Line 3):
