The worst part is that my nephew eventually got over Fortnite and now his account sits unused with the hundreds of dollars skins.

It took two months to be able to roll on my own, or otherwise I might have. ;) 

I played the beta on the PS4 when it first came out, and it never clicked with me. I’m glad you’re having fun with it, but if I came out of a coma and all anyone wanted to talk about was Fortnite, I think I would have rolled myself out of the window.

So I definitely understand people who fall off. But it just makes me so sad. And while the rest of the game is such a masterclass in clever game design and progression, it’s so hard to figure out how it can be better designed to retain players during the opening hours.

Ah, yes, lets compare those games made by Sony’s first party studios who have been making games exclusively for Sony for ages to a game made by Bethesda, a studio that, until not that long ago, made their games multiplatform.

What? Those games are made by Sony studios. Bethesda was a 3rd party studio making games that were multiplatform for decades. Even if Xbox owns them now they were not XBOX games and those games would have 100% hit Playstation consoles.

I own both consoles, so I’d hardly consider myself a fanboy, but Microsoft’s acquisition took dozens of IPs that have been on Playstation for decades and suddenly said “no more.”

When I think of funny, Madea is the last thing that comes to mind. Actually, his TV shows like Tyler Perry’s The Oval and The Have and Have Nots are way more comical.
