Both can be true! Just because she did a not ok thing doesn’t mean the public justice requirement is her fucking nudes being published.

Seriously, use a fucking ounce of critical thinking instead of this all or nothing approach.

If one is a public figure, it’s best to assume someone is trying to get access to one’s nudes, the judge included. Not even Jeff Bezos* is immune to having digital data leaked.

Maybe someone should find and publicly share nudes of the judge that they took privately and see if they feel the same way. After all, a judge is a public figure and any private life is fair game for public figures, as they said.

Also, it's in the public interest that Weiner sent photos to a minor, but I don't think it's in the public interest to actually see his schlong. You can report the story without actually sharing the photos.
