I don't think any piece of entertainment can possibly be so problematic that it should be judged by what it sounds like rather than what it actually is.

Caitlyn Jenner is apparently shocked, shocked that Trump broke his promise to fight for her community.

He's banning strawmen who fire up The Base.

Fine, but these AREN'T "new things", though.

Considering today's news, I don't think our country is in a place right now where a guy, even an evil unlikable guy, going "I touched a trans! Ew ew ew ew where's my disinfectant?!" could be considered laughing with the transgendered, instead of AT them.

So the joke is basically "Trans people are gross?"

Today, "trans" stands not only for Transgender, but also Transparently Political.

Didn't work for Jamie Farr, won't work for you.

Um…Marilyn Vos Savant?

Finally, an advantage to being small and unathletic in High School!

Only when you think about it, though.

I've met people who are super defensive about their own intelligence. Like, "Everyone thinks I'm dumb. You don't think I'm dumb, right?" kind of defensive.

This would look great emblazoned on a cute little summer Hitler top!

Never trust a song that modulates more than three times.

Trump and Hitler have something in common: neither were ever Boy Scouts.

Never forget that his followers are in the minority. They were the minority on Election Day, and they still are.

That's so not the point.

"Get your Disney Channel ass outta here before I give you a four-fingered gloveslap across the face, ha-Ha!"

The problem is, it seems like something is vaguely wrong with everything I used to like or ought to like nowadays. What's old isn't aging well, what's new isn't actually new at all; what's good is in tragically short supply even though there's so much of it, and what's bad is indistinguishable from anything

Imagine living in the world where "Never Trumper" is actually an insult!
