She didn’t throw YOUR cat. She threw a cat that doesn’t have that extremely specific issue. Cats are assholes and will not be injured by a 3-4 foot fall from a mild toss. 

There was a period of time where if you were surviving to top 5ish you would hit a cheater about 1 in every 3-4 games. It was too easy to make cheats as the source engine CSGO runs on already has cheats ready to go and has for years.
