Bay Area, ~10 mins north of SF. I also get full health benefits for me, my wife and son, 401k, and 3 weeks PTO (4 in a year when its been 5 years since I have started.)

I am a civil engineer technician, and work full time and I am not salary. In fact the only people that are salary are the owners. In the 3 different jobs I have had working full time over the last 15 years, not a single one was salary.
