Really?  I really enjoyed the writing.  It was light and funny, with a clever hook around the midway point.

I just finished the main campaign a few days ago and started a NG+ out of a desire to continue playing. Like always NG+ didn’t do anything for me because I had just done all that, so I stopped to wait for the DLC, not knowing that would be so soon. Needless to say I’ll be downloading this as soon as I get home. Woo!

This is also for people like my nearing-40 ass that want to relive some classic memories but don’t have reflexes, mental energy, or general wherewithal to do them the Nintendo-hard way anymore.

Hollow Knight.  If you don't have it, you absolutely need it. It's a gorgeous Metroidvania with amazing, subtle lore and some of the best controls I've ever had the pleasure of using.

These are retro games that would be perfect on the Switch. That’s the point. I have a PS4 Pro and a 4K OLED tv, but I’d rather play this on Switch, because they’ll look fine on Switch and I enjoy being able to use it portably as well.

Happy to hear it! I’ve seen Tatami Galaxy too, and actually much preferred the movie’s take on those characters + the world. Didn’t mention in the review because it’s a little niche, so I’m glad you mentioned it here.

if any game is crying out for a current gen remaster/rerelease with all the DLC it’s this one. it would expose a lot more people to a really great and bonkers game that i think will sadly be mostly lost to the sands of time besides a handful of devotees otherwise. plus you won’t have to pay like $10 to see the real…
