I’ve been a Property Manager for over 30 years. Not once has any landlord I’ve represented called a tenant and very few of them would know their number. If a landlord I worked for put a tenant on blast to the public for owing money, I would tell them he can get another company to represent him.

As a San Francisco resident, keep your cat indoors.  I don’t even let me 40 pound dog hang out in my backyard at night.  There are coyotes, huge rats, raccoons, skunks etc that can seriously hurt your cat.
