lighten up, Francis. it's just a movie.

clap-clap

ha, that fly's still drinking Pabst?

How 'bout George Luc...oh, wait.

food stamps are more important.

I applaud the Russians for this effort and wish them all the good luck there is to be had.

"staggeringly stupid" is how we do it in 'Murrica.

look at the bright side: when that volcano in the Canary Islands collapses and the resulting tsunami wipes of the Eastern Seaboard, the night sky views there will be amazing. :)

I dream of a radio telescope dish on the far side, 100 times bigger than Arecibo.

you say that like it's a bad thing.

further complicating matters...here in Michigan, we closed down our state-run mental health facilities in the early '90s. Our prisons have become de facto asylums.

It's also still the best use of 5.1 surround sound ever. the audio mix during the last liftoff sequence, when pieces of rock and debris are hitting the hull...holy shit!

agree 100%. Laserblast was balls-out FUN.

you know what the best part of Spielberg's WOTW was for me? Tom Cruise's character crying in front of his kids in that diner while the man who stole their minivan gets shot before their eyes. He knows he can't defend them, and they know it, too. One of the best scenes in all of film, in my opinion.

that'll be Gaspar Noe's remake.

well, it WAS 1998 or something.

there's two of us!

wow...amazing, even if I don't know whether I even like it or not.

I'd forgotten that Serenity won "greatest ever" last year

Now playing

yeah, but Dueling Banjos played on bagpipes pwns all.
