The film you wanted to see, you already saw it as a masterpiece in anime form. Both with the movies and the tv series. The film you really want is a third ghost in the shell anime movie with an original story and more thought provoking philosophical concepts from director Mamoru Oshii.

I loved this game and it has a very special place in my heart, but do feel it’s diminished replay value combined with publications saying the DLC is enjoyable, but isn’t worth it leads me to think I’ll just get the DLC and play it sparingly while playing through other games for maximum enjoyment.
