Time and its POTY is about relevant to me as People and its "sexiest person alive", which is to say, not at all. I haven't read those rags since the 80s.

Cool story. Justice was served.

Thanks, I might give it a try when a portable version is available. Meanwhile I'm pretty happy with Filezilla Portable. [portableapps.com]

Shoot, I didn't sign up with McDonald's, but I did try to (unsuccessfully) register with Walgreens once*.

Hmm, the first thing I thought of was how vulnerable are these devices to EMP attacks?

What a cute video, and I'm amazed by the high video quality too. It's so soothing to see cats' simple lives too. Human lives are so complicated!

@ProsumeThis: I created a new account specifically for my gawker notifications, but it seems the hacker stole an old copy of the database that still had my old email address on my profile: [gizmodo.com]

@Anonymous816435: I think the hackers hacked into the database a while back, and the breach is just being discovered now. My old email address was stolen instead of my current one as well: [gizmodo.com]

Did the hackers get an old copy of the user database, or does Gawker keep old profile information?

@JakeMG: Abides: I was curious too, but couldn't find any pricing info even though they were announced back in June. I guess if you have to ask...

@Skydog: That was pretty cool.

@Kalebt42: It's not about being lazy. This could save lives by taking the driving out of those idiots that like to drive and text, or drink and drive, etc.

@anitesh.jaswal: Ooh what Audi concept is that? Is it the one from "I, Robot"?

@sansrage: I've seen that episode before, but I either didn't finish watching it or don't remember how the story went. She was also one of the more annoying companions, I thought.
