More player interaction and agency, perhaps - a world that feels alive instead of static. Essentially an expanded gameplay core. Something different so it doesn’t feel like you’re just picking up another big expansion.

I mean ~80% on Rotten Tomatoes, so pretty close to the other superhero movies in terms of critic ratings. Fans are gonna turn out in droves, too.

Pretty sure I heard they’ll drop old consoles for the sequel, but I might be imagining that. It would be odd if they didn’t, though - the “next-gen” consoles are pretty much officially the current gen at this point.

Huh. I thought people were hyped for this movie. I must have been reading sponsored posts without realizing it.

The question remains: is Destiny 2 going to be an actual sequel (with significant changes to everything), or just a glorified expansion pack? I have a hard time believing it will be anything but the latter (this coming from a hardcore Destiny ex-addict).

Excellent game - and the story and positivity of the developers just made me want to buy it even more.
