Hey, Destiny 1 had a similar thing where for a while the starter gun was the cat’s pajamas in Crucible.

Oh yeah, the dust storms!
Hey, if anyone else wants to try and derail this into talking about how much an underrated gem Mad Max was, I’m all for it.
I get you with Unity’s MP - it didn’t really add anything to the experience. Actually, I was surprised to see a somewhat active playerbase still on it when I played through Unity this past December. At least the MP missions were playable solo if you really cared about them.
Just my opinion, but the multiplayer in Brotherhood and Revelations was excellent, and it’s a pity it didn’t catch on. It actually reminded me a lot of a slightly more action-oriented Spy Party.
I mean, Far Cry and Assassin’s Creed are two of Ubi’s biggest franchises and they are pretty resolutely single-player.
No thank you.
Blizzard rode that strategy to critical and popular acclaim.
Fair enough if you don’t like MGS or Raiden, but the game itself is an absolute blast and a half.
As others have said, mix parmesan into your breading - it works great.
Oh man, let me tell you about DIRECTOR’S CUTS....
I think it makes the game generally easier in most ways, but the absolute best part was just the fact that it makes your heroes gain XP much faster. I genuinely think the game plays ten times better in Radiant mode solely because of that.
Man, that’s awesome news. As others have said, looks a little Mountains of Madness-ey. That could be very cool, as it might add a new level of metagame if they make you take care of the overall health and integrity of an expedition, not just an adventuring party.
Definitely the first time I got the blue screen while playing Eternal Darkness. Nothing like the kind of scare that makes you think you might be out a couple hundred dollars in real life.
When I was a kid, we were a Sega household, so I almost never played Nintendo games. But every year we’d go up to Indiana for Memorial Day weekend and stay with my Great-Aunt and Uncle, and they had an NES and a Game Boy with Link’s Awakening. So every year I’d spend two or three days trying to get as far into…
Counter to what lost_limey said, I’d say DON’T start with the Horus Heresy books. I think it’d be like telling someone interested in Lord of the Rings to go buy the Silmarillion or whatever. There’s a ton of them, most of them are ancillary to the story, it’s all backstory anyway, and a lot of the impact relies on at…
Pharmercy confirmed.
Massively-Multiplayer Looter-Shooter and Battle Royale aren’t exactly the same thing.
To be clear, I wasn’t trying to say that old people being fans or members of something is bad, just that when you stop bringing in younger fans and instead focus on fanservice for the aging fans you already have, you’re looking at a fanbase in decline, and unless you reverse the trend, eventually you’ll see your…
“When I first started here, it was a lot more older people. Closer to our age,” Jones says of the clientele. “Now it’s gotten way younger. A lot more kids, especially on the hot releases where there’s a line up outside.”
