AIs that run on magnetic tape storage medium, no less.

You’re gonna like the way you look.

I’m catching back up with the AC series - just finishing up a few loose ends in Rogue - are these events and battles sticking around, or will I not get the chance to shoot a cyclops to death by the time I get to Odyssey?

Wait, you’re telling me Valve ignored an issue until it started to threaten some tiny fraction of their revenue, issued a statement full of meaningless platitudes that sounded nice, and then completely refused to actually DO anything?

I haven’t bought a Prima guide in literally a decade or more (though their Tomb Raider guide was the first one I ever bought - I still remember it saying to hold down the shoot button as you slide done the ramp after the end boss - apparently the writer wanted to explain why the ancient temple you’re in is about to

Isn’t Echo just the announcer voice? Be kind of weird to have the game’s announcer also competing (not that that’s stopped HotS).

Man, I’d forgotten how much fun Ready 2 Rumble Boxing was.

All I want is to be able to play as Black Ops 1's JFK in Blackout - give me that and I’ll buy this game immediately.

All the talk about how good AC: Odyssey is made me want to get caught back up with the series, so I picked up the remaster of Rogue on Xbone and have been playing that. So good, though Shay’s connection to the Templars felt like it came from nowhere. Like I’m working with some folks that I, the player figured were

So it’s Diablo 3 on phones? I guess I’ll give it a shot, but I’m not super jazzed about this, honestly.

I don’t know how you can claim TDK started this trend of villains allowing themselves to be captured to advance their plot; it’s a story beat as old as they get. Heck, the Adam West Batman movie pulls this same thing with the Penguin!

I literally remember seeing X-Men 2: Clone Wars for Genesis and being unable to envision how video game graphics could ever improve. It looked (almost) just like the Saturday morning cartoon!

Why would the original Assassin’s Creed be part of the Ezio Collection? Wouldn’t that just be AC2, Brotherhood, and Revelations?

In today’s gaming landscape where AC games are tremendously huge deals, it’s hard to remember how crazily ambitious and different the original was.

I mean, given that it’s an option no other console has while still retaining all the multiplayer options the other consoles have, that’s pretty self-evident, right?

Color me disappointed. Playing Zombies as JFK, Henry Killinger, Robert McNamara, and Fidel Castro was a blast.

listen, real talk. My younger brother is far more into CoD than I, and he told me that you could unlock previous games’ Zombies characters to play in this one. The only thing I need to know is if I can unlock and play as JFK from the Pentagon Zombies map (in Black Ops 1, maybe?), because if so, I’ll buy this right

I am so torn on Shovel Knight. On the one hand, it’s perfect and I love it and I want more more MORE content for it - can’t wait for the King Knight expansion. On the other hand, I really want to see what they do next.

Ugh. I still can’t beat Ser Alonne normally, much less flawlessly, much MUCH less while wearing real life armor.

My understanding - and I’m not a serviceman, but I read a lot of Tom Clancy back int he day - is that many planes have the weight of cannon ammunition more or less ‘built in’ to their aerodynamics, so when the plane is unloaded, the flight balance is off. Because of that, they’re kept loaded most of the time.
