Man, I’m happy for all the D.Va fans, but I’m over here wanting to know when Pharah’s gonna get her day in the sun.

games like Pokemon. Here is a comprehensive listing of every single time a pokemon game had DLC or content chopped up into special editions:

Wasn’t there also a reference to it in Captain Marvel? Pretty sure there was a bit where Carol and Monica were hanging out and Monica basically admits she’s not sure exactly what was going on the whole time.

It’s GOT to be Doom - Marvel comics are littered with examples of why, though my favorite is the part where Doom stares down the goddess Bast and convinces her he has not just the right, but the responsibility to conquer the world. I mean, it doesn’t get much more impressive than that, right?

Have you played Diablo 2 recently? Ignore the loads of magic items dropping and the way you can spam fireballs all day and just pay attention to how the NPCs talk about magic - it does a great job of treating magic as something scary and dangerous and rare while still letting the player have fun with it. D3 does this

It was pretty great - I wasn’t at the Nashville show, but the broadcast version was hilarious. I was disappointed there was no short beforehand, but oh well.

DOOM’s grenades sucked so much that I’d literally forgotten the game even had them until I read your comment.

Man, I loved this movie when I was a kid. I bought a copy of it off Amazon a while ago, but haven’t rewatched it. I wonder if it still holds up?

It is so good. There are three books out, with the fourth and final set to release in October of this year. They’re all short, fun reads - I read the third one in an evening.

I’ve only read the first book in Jemisin’s Broken Earth series, but if The Stone Sky is even half as good as The Fifth Season, that’s one well-earned award.

Just buy all the writers copies of John Ford’s ‘The Final Reflection’ and don’t even let them into the writers’ room until they’ve read it cover to cover.

Glad to see you back, Fahey!

Not bad, but there are some mold lines that they really should have removed. It’s easy to miss them before you paint, but it’s so much harder to clean up if you don’t get them right off the bat.

Man, I am really tempted by this, but I’d hate to lose access to Arquebusiers. Are they available on the Switch version, even as a separate DLC purchase?

1. The Darkest Dungeon is very good. If you don’t already own it, buy. If you already own it on PC, maybe still buy it?

I’d forgotten about that. Of course, mass effect technology is so ubiquitous that they can probably build hoverchairs is needed.

Very, very, VERY slow elevators.

I remember an actual official Star Wars comic that asked this very question. The Emperor was VERY concerned about the lack of safety rails, since he was worried about breaking a hip if he fell. The lead designer pointed out how much adding safety rails would balloon out the budget and Palpatine decided the

One sci-fi setting that bucks the trend you’re talking about is Mass Effect - as far as I can recall, aside from pirate bases, it’s ramps and elevators everywhere.

Wile E. Coyote was robbed. We need a Congressional inquiry into this.
