It’s a very fun game that flows between good third-person-shooter to great third-person-brawler, as using ranged weapons will only get you so far. While it was advertised at the time as a sort of anti-Gears of War (in that Space Marines don’t take cover, they ram THROUGH the other guy’s cover to kill them with a

Why oh why is WH40K: Space Marine still not backwards compatible? Also, why hasn’t a sequel been announced?

If you liked TF2, definitely give Overwatch a go. It’s fun, polished, and friendly. Plus, since it’s a Blizzard game, they’ll be supporting it for years down the road.

I’d LIKE to be playing Heroes of the Storm or FFXIV, but since Century Link is the worst thing in the world, I’ll be playing offline games exclusively. So more FFXV, mostly, and I may finish off Wolfenstein: TNO.

Well, there’s a Broll skin for Malfurion. Does that count?

Medivh was originally designed as a Support, and was only changed to a Specialist relatively late in development, largely in an attempt to avoid the same issues teams with Tassadar as their only support experienced early in HotS’ life.

So THAT’s what the card slot on my Genesis’s Master System Adapter was for.

Sounds good. I liked Marvel Future Fight quite a bit when it first launched, but it got grindier and grindier, which isn’t automatically bad, but the developers kept making the actual game more and more auto-pilot, to the point that when I ‘played’ it, my only meaningful input was selecting which missions to watch the

So here’s my question: Is this game any, you know, good? I’m not inherently opposed to F2P games, and have enjoyed several, and wouldn’t mind trying this one out.

Honestly, the Switch’s return to cartridges is one of the most exciting parts of it. I love seeing Nintendo (or anyone) upend the established wisdom like that. Will it work? No idea. Maybe we’ll all be buying cartridge-based games on the next generation of consoles (those of us that still buy physical, that is). Maybe

Yeah, but I don’t care if Switch can run Dead Rising or LA Noire (or whatever other ten year old impressive game you care to mention).

By 3D, I’m assuming you mean something like the 3DS’s stereoscopic 3D, because otherwise, just looking at consoles, Star Fox was on store shelves in 1993, significantly more than 11 years ago.

If you think hardware specs don’t matter, I’ll point you to the Wii version of Dead Rising.

I’m always curious about this. World PVP is always there (or, more accurately, could be there), it’s just the playerbase that doesn’t do it and then complains about it being dead.

Yes and no. It’s a lot of the old server code that’s either disappeared or been obsoleted by technological advances. I’m moderately confident that the code Blizzard people wrote is somewhere on a dusty server or a CD-ROM somewhere, but it’s all the stuff that code needs to plug into that’s long gone. Now I’m certain

I, for one, am shocked. Shocked I say!

Hey, here’s a fun fact: Starcraft was more or less cobbled together from the WarCraft 2 engine, which was not meant for isometric display. So when they tried to switch the viewing angle, they wound up with all sorts of weirdness, especially with pathing units, since they’re all squares trying to fit neatly into

Quesaritos and Sangrita Blast, my friend. They’ve also got decent quesadillas (I mean, not compared to an actual Mexican restaraunt), and a regular crunchy taco or two never goes awry.

I mean, it’s no Double-Down, so it’s got that going for it right there. It’ll probably be a terrible mess to eat, and I’m not too confident that a chicken patty that thin can hold up under deep frying (seriosuly, it looks paper-thin under the breading), but I’m willing to find out.
