They never said 10's stock. They said 10's on slicks. I’ve personally seen Hellcats on slicks to 10's.

In Dodge’s defense...not really anyone can hang with at Model S P100D. Especially RWD. Even Porsche Turbo S and GTR’s would get pulled 7/10 times.
