Well, I don't like Jimmy's boundless enthusiasm, and Super Mario Run looks just fine, but as someone chomping at the bit for Switch info, this was a mixed bag. On one hand, he barely played the damn thing. On the other hand, he held an actual Switch and played it. I hate him and I have the weirdest boner right now.

I feel like I didn't see enough movies this year, but looking back through this, I think I just didn't see many of the big summer movies. Can't decide if my year is better or worse because of that.

It seems odd to analyze Heath Ledger's accent as The Joker. If it's not actually meant to be a specific accent, whats the use of analyzing it? Seems like he just wanted to compliment the performance, which I understand completely, but it doesn't really fit with the rest of the video.

This might not be my favorite Zelda anymore, but it is one of the most important games in my gaming history. It is one of the first games that I could beat without help from an older sibling or my friend's cool mom who was into games. It greatly expanded the scope of the series from the previous games (which I played

Jesus, just Google him already.

Game That Tune had all handheld games this week. There are some really great songs from some decidedly mediocre games. http://gamethattune.com/pos…

For the record, Robert Woods' 162 yards vs the Seahawks was amazing, while Christine Michael's 1 yard/1 TD performance against me was not. It was an entertaining Monday night for me.

Geez, and here I thought this would be a list of things that weren't about the election. Other stuff did happen this year, right? Can someone tell us about that, please?

Everything's Coming Up Podcast causes me to feel so many conflicting feelings. The Weird Al episode was perfectly ok, Weird Al seems like a very polite and humble person who surprisingly, doesn't seem to share the same tendency to go off the rails and riff on shit that the hosts and past guests seem to relish. There

Here's hoping that this will be a really great Q-tip album. With respect to Ali Shaheed and Jairobi: no Phife, no Tribe. I could deal with some extra guest verses from Busta, though.

I dunno man, I'd take a shot-for-shot remake of the Walken-Hopper scene from True Romance with Deadpool and Cable. I suppose you could change it to be about mutants rather than Sicilians…nah, just leave it as is.

The theme on this week's Game That Tune is "games you hate", so there's a lot of spirited discussion, some fanboy venting, and some surprisingly decent music.

Ugh, I picked up Davante Adams and he did nothing for me last week, so I left him on the bench last night. Thursday Night Football is bullshit. Also, if Odell Beckham had just stayed asleep after that first half I could've escaped with a win. Stupid awful Ravens. Also my prized Jags receiver Allen Robinson ain't doing

I've gotten a couple of games on the cheap lately that I've been putting in time with. Final Fantasy X/X-2 HD for PS4 is fun, though it really shows it's age and I'm just as bad at Blitzball as I remembered. Tidus' voice acting is just as frustrating as I ever, but now when Wakka talks, all I hear is chilled out,

I'd play the crap out of a King of the Hill game, I tell ya hwhat. Though realistically it would end up being of the same quality as the Beavis and Butthead game, and therefore would be terrible.

Y'know what gripes me? Naming conventions. After playing through the game, I realized how ridiculous it is that this is a numbered sequel and supposedly part of the main series. The series had its swan song with MGS4, and then they decide, no wait, here's another story that has almost no bearing on the events of the

Aww shoot you're right. But it has almost everything else. Too bad it's awful.

Van Helsing?

Why does it seem like Castlevania games always have a really great theme for their first stage? I love Reincarnated Soul from Bloodlines, it's great Castlevania music that makes good use of that farty Genesis sound chip. https://www.youtube.com/wat…
