It accepted .avi and .mp4 just fine for me. I just had to make sure they were in the camera folder on my phone.

Invaluable means extremely useful; valuable means of great worth. While he could use both, valuable is usually used for something you can sell. I doubt he would sell his girlfriend. Invaluable was the correct word.

Bacon is bacon because of the curing process. Smoking it is optional. I've seen unsmoked bacon in stores, but I don't know why anyone would buy that when there is a yummy, delicious smoked variety. Prosciutto can also be smoked after curing, but I don't know how popular that is. So I may be chiming it, but I'm still…
It came with the Bionic as well and I grabbed the APK for my Galaxy Tab. I love it for having full access to any file on my computer, but it's still pretty limited on the variety of media files it can stream. Still, it's easily the most useful app on either my phone or tablet.
I learned of SOPA from Lifehacker and developed my opposition based on the information I got from Lifehacker. Months ago. If it weren't for sites like Lifehacker, there wouldn't be so much support built up for today's blackout and it would never have happened. Raising awareness for a cause can take many forms and…
I guess I should specify that I'm looking for an automation service in conjunction with dropbox. I'd like it to see when a new book is added to the folder and import them to my permanent books folder and book reading app on each of my android devices. That's difficult though, because each app seems to keep a…
I'm looking for the easiest way possible to keep my ebooks synced between my macbook, android phone, and galaxy tab. Ideally, I'd look to put a new book into my Dropbox books folder and have everything update itself. I don't need to have my place in each book synced, though it would be cool. I just want my books to be…
I've been showing this little method to people for years. It always gets a nice "duh, why didn't I think of that?" reaction.
Yep that's exactly how I do it, but I find Transmission to be much less of a hassle and less or a resource hog than Vuze on my Macbook. I'm pretty sure the link that I posted a couple posts up allows you to monitor your Vuze downloads remotely...give it a try!
The one I use only allows Vuze and µTorrent, but I've found that Transmission works fine. I hope the site works for you; good luck!
I'm not totally sure of everything it does, but check out [remote.vuze.com.] It may offer what you're looking for.
I have a "remote torrent" folder in my Dropbox that Transmission watches for any .torrent file added. I use the mobile interface to watch the downloads, but it doesn't work too well when you try to start a torrent from a mobile device. If it's a movie or TV show, I then use Zumocast to stream it to my phone or tablet.
I'm trying this out now; thanks for the suggestion! It seems very useful so far, but I have noticed that it will occasionally recommend an older version of an app that you're already up to date on. It's easy enough to double check the version numbers though. Thanks!
Not that I know of, but wouldn't that be nice? It's such a tedious process!
Love it on my Tab too. Just remember to check the market/search google for updates since it won't be connected to your account!
The app isn't supported on my Droid Bionic, but I downloaded the APK and installed it as a 3rd party. It works very well. It is very conspicuously missing a widget that would automatically begin recording however, so you have to both open the app and hit the record button. No big deal though.
You'll want to click the "Pages from the UK" link in the left side bar. Otherwise, the recipe tip pretty much gives you the same results as Google.com.
I started using GPS Status and Toolbox on my Bionic a few weeks ago based on a suggestion from someone on Rootzwiki.com. The GPS was useless, but after clearing the data only once, it has been working flawlessly.
Yes, registered. BTW, I'm not quite sure whether your criticizing my advice or the article's. Obviously mine is pretty basic, but it's that way for a reason. I'd be happy to explain my opinions if you think they conflict.
