Big difference between powering pumps and powering tractors.

Ford Superduty. Stelantis Ram 2500+.

It is crazy how true that is. We had a leased EV around for 2 years. Now that it is gone, the ICE daily drivers feel like WWII-era equipment.

And all of your fruits and vegetables are produced with oil products- from tillage, planting, and harvesting operations to herbicides, pesticides, and fertilizers.

You would think so, but then you drive one and learn that they are heavy, fat, soft, unresponsive, and slow. It is as if they were built for the very final years of the retired German concrete salesmen.

But for the VAG emissions scandal, would this be diesel-electric instead of gasoline-electric? It seems like diesel efficiency would be a better fit for a generator application.

Ford marketing execs have made that bet, and they are willing to dilute the brand in exchange for short-term Bronco Sport Ford Escape sales #s.

If only there were more than one used car dealer in the entire nation that sought a location next to the interstate to inventory and retail cars. Yes, this facility will truly go unused forever.

Don’t be so reasonable. The two parties structured it in a way to threaten legislators who do not understand that the Farm Bureau MOU is unenforcible. E.g. “if you pass this legislation, Deere will just walk away from this agreement.” Guessing the entire point of the MOU was to stall legislation.

An article about U.S. regulations, U.S. farmers, Deere and the Farm Bureau should use a photograph from the U.S., not generic Euro photo stock depicting a euro-spec tractor pulling a euro-spec tillage implement.

Because you think every section of cliff-adjacent road could and should be stupid proofed.

The hydraulic pump assembly for the ancillary functions will be really interesting to see in production.

“Sweeping the EV Floor” - WTF? It appears that you have mistaken the object (the floor) in an American colloquialism for the subject. The point of the saying is not the “floor” but instead the subject being used to “sweep” the floor. Maybe use the weekend to GTF out of New York and experience more of the United

Neutral: It’s an f’ing bike. How complicated can it be? Just change the pads and ride on. Literally, every single component can be swapped out- so just install better components and stop whinging FFS.

There may be 85 units listed, but that 100% does not mean that 85 units are available for delivery. Near the f87 EOP approximately one year ago, there were a lot of listed units. After subtracting “listed” units that were actually sold but not yet delivered and subtracting units that were manufactured but afloat, the

Battery supply. Tesla has it, and apparently, no one else really does. Sure, there are a few BEV units dribbling off the production lines of other manufacturers, but apparently no one can match Tesla’s battery supply-chain right now. That fact seems like a win for vertical integration.

Except for the engine, transmission, rear brakes, and seating position (if you are over 6'), sure, it’s great!

It’s really the last hope for a not-stupidly-massive-BMW-grill.

And yet, I’ve never had a Ducati oil cooler fail due to road debris. Aftercoolers and A/C coolers on car and trucks, yes, but never a Ducati oil cooler failure due to road debris. Go figure.

There are indications that the used market has been cooling over the last two months. Now, consumer paper losses in the stock market, higher cost of capital, and general recessionary fears all suggest that the new auto market is going to adjust sooner rather than later.
