This one may be even worse.

Nah, just rotate the nozzle motorcycle style.
It is also an engine that has a reputation for being completely useless for towing.
Agreed. But I suspect the argument will arise the statistical probability of harm caused by an autonomous vehicle is much lower than probability of being harmed by driver error.
Really? Fully autonomous commercial flights with just a couple dudes hanging around in case things go south?
Yeah, you make a good point. I just used a Reach Now car this afternoon. It seems that BMW / Reach Now may be better situated to make the leap to autonomous vehicles than Uber because Reach Now is getting their customer base accustomed to simply reserving a car as needed. And, critically, they are not providing a…
I have no data, but because the Lyft driver will invite an ugly person like me to sit in the front seat, I do not doubt the progressive standards of dedicated Lyft drivers.
I notice that the current gen of autopilot in use does not land planes- though no doubt the technology is there.
Tom:
That seems premature.
Why in the hell would he bring a US-spec car with him?
And a super competent administration...
I don’t understand enough about how the fed works to comment on your theory- but the new administration seems hell-bent on rolling back regulations on lenders intended to avert the repetition of history. So, if banks that were subject to a stress test that required certain debit to capital ratio are no longer required…
You make a really good point about the inflation of the real estate market versus the automotive market. And yet, is a new 2017 3/4 ton pickup really worth $60-70k retail? Is easy credit responsible for retail price inflation? How many +$60k pickups would move unless easy credit was available?
That is a really good point. It was simplistic of me to assume that the automotive companies held onto this debt.
Except that the consequences of the automotive bubble bursting should be limited to the automakers’ financial arms and therefore not severely impact other economic interests- correct? Although production should take a hit once this bubble bursts and that will unfortunately impact automotive workers. But this bubble…
I apologize for what may be a really stupid question: Was Iraq a NATO operation? Should it have been? After all, Iraq did not attack a NATO member-state and the US justification for invading has been, well, subject to debate.
Good point.
I’m aching to know why anyone “drool” over a second generation Compass. Ditto any crossover. Ever. Isn’t the base appeal of the segment a basic mediocrity over broad set of criteria?
I have two IH trucks from that era, one 4X and one 2X. But both have leaf springs all around- no torsion bar. Maybe this one is unique somehow but I have not come across a 3/4 or 1 ton IH with a torsion bar front. Perhaps the lighter models or later series used a torsion bar setup, but my C110 had leaf springs as…
