Ugh I guess I'm going to be growing my own food when I'm old. I hope it's not that hard.

How come this guy gets the same amount of gravity the rest of us get? Why can't he just take his tiny ears and drift off into space? The fact that this douche has slept with willing partners for free frightens me.
I was wondering just out of curiosity. I have a 7000mah battery pack but I wouldn't consider that a fair comparison to an attached battery.
Correction: 'The lathe *is*'
Boot up time is irrelevant unless you enjoy shutting your phone down frequently. How's the battery life compared to a Bionic with extended battery?
I hate to poo poo this but I will. Don't waste your time with that junk if you're seriously interested in machining. Watch Craigslist for a small Harbor freight mini-lathe (even a micro-lathe) and start with something at least useful. If you're desperate, hell you can even modify a wood lathe for metal even though…
I used to have a nice set of diamond tools until the server crashed :/
It's the best isn't it? I use that thing all the time - now all I need is some kind of automated actuator to press the water through due to a wrist injury and I'd be all set ;)
What's a coffee article comment without mention of the Aeropress ;)
People that listen to this garbage should be arrested for questionable taste. That crowd could use a good face punching. I'd be willing to throw in some salad frogs as well for no additional cost.
Looks like others on Time Warner are having the same issues - apparently switching DNS servers seems to do the trick. Hmm..
I'll have to look into that - Time Warner's been pretty good throughout the years but times are changing.
Seems ok - speed tests run fine and Usenet is very fast. I have good pings when I game. Very frustrating.
Sorry - 30/5Mb actually. I had a 3M/.3Mb connection about 15 years ago. Seems like YouTube is affected the most. On Giganews, I can still pull just under 4MB/sec continuously.
OMFG YouTube. I've got a 30MB connection and not only do I have to refresh every Gawker media page twice to get the video to start loading, every YouTube video loads slower than waste on a roof covering unit.
Always neat to see these in action but they have been around for quite some time - I only actually saw one of these (different type) in action a year ago. You do need a very stiff machine for them to work well and if you're doing a hard metal, you need some serious power. Look at the size of the demonstration spindle…
You would use paper or foil liners in the pan. The article should probably mention that if they didn't.
Wait just a minute, he went and left off the 'double-u double-u double-u dot'!
Many times what works for a country like Denmark will not scale well for a country the size of the US.
While it's a neat little device, it's kind of sad what passes for a robot these days.
