Probably cost, relatively low resolution display (for reading) and size.

For those wondering, both connectors on the double end are electrically in parallel. There is no 'hub' function and I would not recommend trying to connect two devices to the double end.

I use the dishwasher for more of a convenience than to save water or energy but I'm sure this works for some people out there.

For fear of sounding insulting, if you're looking for 'pre-stripped wire' then you shouldn't be doing anything with electricity or electronics. Stripping wire is a fundamental operation everyone should know how to do.

Another tip - take the time to scrap the gunk from under the bottom of the deck. It hinders proper mulching and reduces the speed at which the grass travels under the deck into your bag if you not mulching / using the side chute.
