Are you saying you don't find people's wrong opinions entertaining?
I really enjoyed reading that, even the stuff that was so wrong. It's been a while since I've felt like a GJ,I was really a Great Job, but I read this whole thing and feel like I understand this band I love and am puzzled by a little bit better. Thanks for bringing it to my attention.
Counterpoint: it was a great year
Titanic
I was still in college, so it appeared as though I had a future
My boyfriend treated me with kid gloves most of that year
My grandfather died though, which was a bummer
Username/comment synergy is off the charts!
Didn't it feature a riff from Camper Van Beethoven? It always made me think I was about to hear a better song.
You mean Bush? Well, the lead singer WAS a cutie…
I am what was wrong with music in that era. I always loved that song!
That is a great explanation of it and I'm glad I read it. My personal take on the movie was that it sanitized porn and thus made it look like a lot more fun to make and to watch than actual porn actually is, in my own experience. I have no moral objections to the art form, but what porn I've seen has featured people…
I, for one, will enjoy watching these sets without being Packt Like Sardines
I concur with you and fully expect this to be one of those movies where we all wonder why more people didn't turn out for it in the theater, since it's obviously so good.
You'll be pleasantly surprised by Titanic then!
Please find a way to feel better! For us and for you!
Thank you for agreeing with me that Valerian is great. I thought the two leads were given dialogue reminiscent of Han and Leiea from Star Wars. They tried hard to make it work and I never doubted their affection for one another. So many amazing scenes…
Damn, I'm failing on all accounts! And in comparison to Mommy Dearest!
Great assessment of Valerian! It was densely plotted, I thought, and I was surprised that I felt like it all made sense at the end.Tons of really gorgeous shots, of Alpha, of the protagonists, the paradise planet, Lorelei with a jellyfish on her head, I could go on and on. It isn't a perfect movie, but it is so much…
You just made me wish I was in California!
I'd buy it! I used to work accounts receivable, and that sounds so funny!
Did you mean The Little Hours? If so, how did you like it?
I couldn't follow Inception either, sadly!
