As the parent of an 11 year old, I can attest that older kids often don’t WANT to order off the kid’s menu. Not only is it “embarrassing,” but it’s not usually enough food.

Honestly I’ve never had that experience, although I just popped over and gave it a try and you are right. Perhaps it’s the difference between the online calculator and the instructions on the form.
