I think the engineering profession as a whole is kind of hurting right now. Lots and lots of open positions.

IDK, though, I think there’s a pretty wide berth wherein “fun” is an apt descriptor. In my industry we’re never going to have a foosball table in the office, but I surely want to enjoy the people I work with and perhaps even go to happy hour with them periodically. To me, what makes work “fun” is the people you work…
“But if you REQUIRE an extra 10+ hours out of anyone, it means you have a staffing problem”
Didn’t see Denver on here, so I thought I’d just drop in and point out that Denver has transit. It’s super expensive, though.
*Don’t get onto a full bus with standing room only and immediately drop anchor because putting your stuff on the wheel well cover makes the front of the bus a cush location. Keep walking until you run out of room so more people can get on. This is especially true if you’re carrying a snowboard and I need to get by you…

But when I get to the point where Y>X by $1M, and I will because that’s the American Dream, I won’t want to pay all those shady Democrat taxes.
Also, they kill all the babies.
As the parent of an 11 year old, I can attest that older kids often don’t WANT to order off the kid’s menu. Not only is it “embarrassing,” but it’s not usually enough food.
It makes me sad that more white players didn’t refuse to make the trip. Nice ally-ship, ya’ll.
Totally just did a typo. Thank goodness I re-read!
That’s nice. I think TurboTax has a calculator like that, too. I wrote my own.
Honestly I’ve never had that experience, although I just popped over and gave it a try and you are right. Perhaps it’s the difference between the online calculator and the instructions on the form.
Yes, if you claim 0, they take out the maximum they can and you will most likely get money back. If you don’t get money back it’s because you’re in a very, very high tax bracket or have income from other sources and that kind of thing. But for the average joe, you’re gonna get money back. That being said, getting…
