Why does the city give a shit what happens to a bridge they don’t own?

I should be able to plug my phone into whatever screen there is in my car and have that be everything - nav system, phone, music, whatever. There is NO need for anything else. I mean, don’t even have it come with anything... just make my phone screen bigger and more accessible.
That’s true.
I LOVE my title.
Just needed to swing by and praise your username.
Nah, you can put the backup camera in the rearview mirror...
I REALLY enjoy not having a car payment. It’s pretty awesome.
So what you’re saying is that he was complex and contradictory and... human? May we all be so lucky.
I think if you know how to repair your own car that’s true. For the rest of us, they charge $98 for a part that you can buy for $18 on Amazon and then charge a ridiculous amount for the labor to remove two (2) nuts/bolts (sway bars). Don’t worry, they refunded the whole thing because I never approved for them to do…
Hmmmm... I will look into that. Thanks for the info!
IDK, I think it’s Serena. I mean, yeah, Biles is fantastic, but Serena’s been dominant for like two decades. Even after having a baby and almost dying in the process. Simone needs at least another decade to compete with that.
Just... how?
But they’re the uneven parallel bars, technically.

There should be a way to donate for school lunches like there is for the classrooms. Maybe an app through the school district or something? I dunno, I’m not a programmer. Just have thought about donating toward school lunches this year because my area’s been having a lot of issues with that lately, but it doesn’t seem…
That’s interesting. My state didn’t have that - there’s a tech school in my state, but it was private.
There’s good and bad either way. Some state schools (Berkeley comes to mind) have really good engineering schools. Some state schools do not.
You could go to a state school and major in engineering. The majority of people on campus aren’t there to do engineering, but you still get the engineering degree.
Some of us engineering ladies got the degree AND a husband, though. Just sayin’.
I talked my friend, who was planning on doing a summer abroad, to just go to Europe instead. We spent longer than the study abroad would have been and visited seven countries instead of the one she would have spent time in. It cost about the same. It was amazing and I recommend everyone do it.
I wish I’d gotten an internship in my chosen field instead of student loans. I had a scholarship that paid tuition and books and my parents covered room and board. I just needed spending money. I should have earned it instead of borrowing it. And, added bonus, I would have had experience not just in my field, but in…
